It’s that time of year again!

| Every October, we host our annual Preparation for Adulthood Day at Green Corridor, bringing together young people, parents and carers, schools, professionals and organisations to explore the different options and opportunities available as young people with Special Educational Needs prepare for adulthood. We bring together organisations working across areas including Supported Internships, employment support, |
|
|
|
|
| volunteering, supported living, adult social care, education and training, giving families the opportunity to meet a range of providers and find out more about what’s available locally. |

Whether you’re a parent or carer exploring your young person’s next steps, a school supporting learners with their transition into adulthood, or a young person wanting to find out what opportunities are available, we’d love you to join us.
Come along, meet local organisations, ask questions and start exploring what the future could look like.
Please note: Parents and guardians are welcome to attend the event with their young person and should accompany them where appropriate.

If you offer support, services, employment opportunities, volunteering or other provisions that could benefit young people as they prepare for adulthood, this is a great opportunity to meet families, young people and professionals directly.

Exhibitor set-up will be from 9:30am, giving you time to arrive and get your table ready before the event begins at 10am.
