equalex is the national framework for high‑quality, progressive and equitable work experience.
Developed by The Careers & Enterprise Company, equalex sets out clear learning outcomes to help schools and colleges plan meaningful workplace experiences for all learners.
The framework supports delivery of Gatsby Benchmark 6 and the Government’s ambition for two weeks’ worth of work experience across secondary education. equalex is designed to be flexible, inclusive and accessible for all settings, including SEND provision.
