Year 13 Mock Interviews @ Hammersmith Academy
Mock Interviews for Year 13 students taking place on 18th November. We run this programme every year and find it to be a fantastic way of educating students in the skills required to be successful in face-to-face interviews. In such a competitive jobs market, these can be some of the most valuable skills they learn at school.

Timetable for the afternoon: |

11.15am: Volunteers arrive (refreshments provided: tea, coffee, biscuits) |

11.25am: Volunteer briefing |

11.40am – 2.30pm: Mock interviews (each student has a 20-minute interview) |

As you can see, each volunteer would be scheduled to conduct eight 20-minute interviews. This sounds a lot, but I can assure you that the feedback we receive every year is that the event is energetic but good fun! Prior to the event we would supply a list of questions to form the basis of the interviews, so no preparation would be required.
