The Future Skills Questionnaire (FSQ) measures learners’ ​career-readiness. Strongly recommended by the DfE, FSQ covers key aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are important for successful transitions. There are four versions of the questionnaire tailored for key transition points throughout secondary education, plus a version for learners with SEND.
