Mock Interviews – Year 11 @ St Mark’s Catholic School – Hounslow

“As part of the careers provision at St Mark’s, all Year 11 students take part in mock interviews to build confidence, practise essential interview skills, and gain real-world experience speaking to contacts from the world of work.

We are looking for volunteers to support this year’s mock interviews and share insights from their own careers. We would love to welcome volunteers from as wide a range of industries as possible.

This opportunity is ideal for anyone with flexible working hours, as well as those who are retired, self-employed, or whose employer supports educational outreach. No previous interviewing experience is required—we provide a full briefing pack, suggested questions, and feedback materials. Our volunteers consistently share how much they enjoy meeting our students and taking part in the experience!

This year, our students are applying for roles within the hospitality industry. We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to our partnership with Hilton, students who successfully “”get the job”” will spend a day at a Hilton hotel to explore the wide range of roles and career pathways in hospitality.”

Mock interviews will take place on 7th & 8th October  3.30pm to 5.30pm
