Invitation to Participate in Nower Hill Year 10 Mock Interview Event

We are pleased to invite you to take part in our upcoming Year 10 Mock Interview Event at Nower Hill High School, taking place on Thursday, 21st January 2027, as part of our work-related learning programme for students aged 14–15.

The event will run from 8:30am to 3:15pm, with lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day. As a valued volunteer, you will be asked to conduct mock interviews with up to 12 students. Interview questions will be supplied in advance, although you are welcome to use your own if you prefer. Following each interview, you will offer the student constructive feedback on both their performance and their draft CV, which they will bring with them.

This event has been a highlight of our careers programme for over a decade, consistently receiving positive feedback from both students and interviewers. It provides an invaluable opportunity for our students to practise their interview technique, build confidence, and improve their communication and listening skills, all essential for their future beyond school.
