West London Youth Zone Careers Fair and Employability Support

West London Youth Zone are hosting their first Careers Fair at WEST Youth Zone (2 EdCity Walk, W12 7TF). The event is open to young people aged 14 and over and is designed to give them insight into different career pathways through practical and engaging experiences.

• The P.A.T.H. Employability Offer – Alongside the Careers Fair, West London Youth Zone offer a structured and engaging employability programme known as P.A.T.H. This is designed to meet young people where they are in their journey and build the skills, mindset, and exposure needed to move toward positive destinations.
• Targeted Support: Our Triage of Need – We recognise that young people face different barriers, so our offer is underpinned by a Triage of Need model. This allows us to provide the right level of support whether through light-touch workshops, ongoing group work, or intensive one-to-one support. We can deliver this work both in schools and at WEST and are particularly keen to partner with local schools and colleges to support young people who are most in need of practical and engaging employability support.
