Employer Standards with West London Careers hub in partnership with Pathway CTM is delivering an informative in-person workshop designed for local employers. This event will provide a comprehensive overview of the Careers & Enterprise Company’s Employer Standards, developed in collaboration with leading organisations such as Tesco, Barclays, and PwC etc.
This event will introduce the Employer Standards developed by the Careers & Enterprise Company, showcasing how they can be implemented in your organisation to improve career activities for the next generation. The Employer Standards is open to any size organisation, so we welcome all employers to benefit.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the Employer Standards and the benefits they offer. You’ll hear from a local employer who has successfully integrated these standards, sharing their experiences and the positive impact it had on their business.
The event will also include time for self-assessment, allowing participants to benchmark their current practices and receive immediate feedback on how to enhance their engagement with young talent.
