QPR Community Trust Work Experience Week – Jan 2025

QPR Trust are delighted to offer a Work Experience week to a select number KS4 students across their partner schools.
The programme aims to provide an alternative to missed work experience and help students build knowledge and skills around employability. This intervention is targeted at young people interested in having a career in sport.
The Programme includes:
- 5-day experience
- Mixed cohorts
- 2 hour workshop + 2 hour sports session on pitch
- Workshop to include: Basics to Coaching, Employability Skills, Finances, Confidence Building & Day in the Life of Staff/Students
- Workshops delivered by partners: Premier League Inspires, Bush Theatre & UCFB Wembley
- 2 hour sports session (Delivered by FA qualified coaches)
- Every student to either lead on delivering a practical activity or analyse practical activity
- All participants to receive certificate from QPR Trust
Dates:
- January 6th – 10th, 2025
Times: 10am – 3pm (lunch not provided)
Where: Loftus Road Stadium & Powerleague Shepherds Bush
How to participate:
Students must complete and submit a signed consent form from both themselves and a parent/guardian.
