In partnership with Pathway CTM, the West London Careers hub will be delivering an in-person Employer Standards workshop that has been put together for West London employers of all sizes.
Developed by the Careers & Enterprise Company, the Employer Standards for careers education provides a framework for businesses to enhance career outreach, engage effectively with students, benchmark against others, and access resources for improvement.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the Employer Standards and how they can be implemented in your organisation to improve career activities for the next generation. You’ll hear from a local employer who has successfully integrated these standards, sharing their experiences and the positive impact it had on their business.
The event will also include time for self-assessment, allowing participants to benchmark their current practices and receive immediate feedback on enhancing engagement with young talent.
